Modern Man’s Dilemma: Priorities around Personal Property.

Apple’s new iPhone edition has grabbed more than it bargained for in the headlines. For many folks who just bought their new phone, the tendency for the phone to bend out of shape after placing it in the front or back pants pocket, has caused considerable concern as to potential damage to the device, particularly among male consumers. Lots of blog chatter on the Internet has tried to remind men that this “defect” could well be a blessing in disguise for after all, these phones were never designed, tested or certified to be used up against the body. Placing a cell phone in your pants pocket, while convenient, may well be exposing your reproductive organs to unhealthy levels of radiation.
Numerous studies including a recent peer reviewed one, have confirmed that the fertility and sperm quality is compromised after cell phones have been left in men’s pockets in the “on” condition. Perhaps it’s high time we got our priorities straight as to the value of protecting our “personal property.” While carrying phones in a hassle free manner is easiest from a lifestyle standpoint, preserving your reproductive health is clearly the more important priority.
Find new ways to carry your phone. It is that simple. You can always replace a phone but once your health is gone, it’s unlikely you’ll be lucky enough to get it back. Take care of the next generation. Take care of your reproductive health. This is your responsibility. Don’t squander it. Gentlemen, get you priorities straight.
